The State Council's Administrative Court of Justice has rejected the suitcase filed against Dr Nawal al Saadawi claiming for depriving her from Egyptian nationality. The suitcase filed by a lawyer called Samir Sabry claimed lifting nationality from Al Saadawi for her controversial ideas and thoughts. The Hisham Mubarak Law Center joined the case to defend Al Saadawi's right to express her thoughts. In an arbitrary move, the administration of Misr Spinning and Weaving Company in Mahalla-al-Kubra fired the workers Kamal al Fayomi and Tareq Amin for allegedly being absent since April 6. It is well known that they didn't do this with their own free will but rather for being detained since that day. More, although the court returned a release order, the Minister of Interior kept them in Borg al Arab concentration camp.
