A report issued by the High Administrative Court's Commissioners Panel was submitted yesterday in which the challenge of the judge Abdel Fatah Mourad was rejected in terms of the subject and accepted in terms of the form. The challenge (10171/53 judicially) was lodged by Mourad immediately after the Administrative Court of Justice overturned his claim for obscuring 49 human rights websites, including HMLC, individuals and firms. It was filed before the High Administrative Court which referred it to its commissioners panel and determined November 3, 2008 to review the report.
